Kuningan, Controversinews – Clarification of the Kuningan Regency Government through the Acting Secretary related to the trimming of additional employee income (TPP) ASN Kuningan ignited a strong reaction from the heads of mass organizations and NGOs who are members of the Kuningan Communication Communication Forum (FKGOL).
In his statement on Thursday (8/9/2025) at the FKGOL Secretariat, Chair of the Barak, Kang Nana Rusdiana, S.IP, assessed that the statement of the Acting Secretary of the Regional Secretary of Wahyu was not entirely appropriate.
“The time due to the failure of payment that led to regional finances, ASN must bear the burden through TPP pruning? Is there no other more wise and realistic solution?” he said.
According to him, the failure of payment clearly shows the existence of financial management errors in the past, especially in the scope of financial sector officials and planning, not the fault of all ASNs. Nana also revealed FKGOL’s findings related to the alleged irregular use of the budget.
“From the central transfer data and provincial financial assistance in 2022-2024, there is indeed a decline. But during the pick test to several SKPDs, the budget is not visible, whereas in the end of the year report to the ministry there are there. This is clearly a person who plays with public money.
In line with that, the Chairman of Gibas, Bung Manap, questioned the title of Fair without Exception (WTP) received by the Kuningan Regency Government from BPK RI.
“Three years of failing to pay, but BPK still gives WTP, even though financial governance is in shambles. Lest there are allegations of ‘playing’ for the title of WTP. In fact, in 2024 Kuningan can only be WDP, there are even three SKPDs that have to restore the demands for compensation (TGR). he said.
FKGOL also plans to send an audience letter to the Kuningan Regional Government and the DPRD, especially the DPRD Banggar, because they participated in formulating and ratifying the trillions of rupiah from the central, provincial, and Kuningan PAD.
“The budget mafia is good to enjoy, while ASN and the Kuningan community take part in the burden. Not to mention about loans to the BJB bank and the TPP cutting funds, there must be transparency. The value is hundreds of billions, we will guard their use to be clear,” Nana added.
Chairman of Satya Negara, U. Kastaman, S. Sos, highlighted the attitude of the Kuningan DPRD which was considered passive.
“Strange, how come the DPRD is silent about the executive policy? For example a loan to BJB phase two of Rp74 billion without involving the council, as well as the TPP adjustment. Although the Regent’s Prerogative Rights, the Council still has interpellation rights. Do not just be quiet for the sake of their facilities and rights to remain safe,” he said.
He asserted that the DPRD was elected to the people, not to become executive ‘stamp’.
FKGOL also reminded that they and Ojol Kuningan had carried out a peaceful action after the tragedy August 28, 2025.
“That is proof that the Kuningan people love peace and maintain conduciveness. But the conditions, the executive and legislative must be transparent and work seriously for the people, so that there is no turmoil that interferes with stability,” they said.
Bang Rahmat from Gamas added, FKGOL will continue to oversee the executive and legislative policies that are not in favor of the people.
“We will immediately send a letter to the Kejari and Kuningan Regional Police so that the regional APH work together to handle allegations of corruption. If necessary, we bring this case to the KPK RI to be brighter,” he said.
FKGOL closed his statement with a hard call.
“Executive and legislative work according to the mandate. You are facilitated by public money, don’t play around. If you are not transparent, don’t blame the people if one day angry with the way you work,” he concluded. ***
