This hearing activity, according to Nana Rusdiana S.IP, is a form of concern for law enforcement and to increase cooperation between mass organizations/NGOs and the Kuningan Prosecutor’s Office in handling corruption cases in the Kuningan Regency jurisdiction.

As an independent institution and has a central role in law enforcement, it is expected that the Prosecutors’ Institution can carry out its authority to not be intervened by the interests of anyone, and it is time for the prosecutor’s office to target corruption cases at the regional level indiscriminately to anyone of law violators.

Furthermore, FK-Gol also asked the prosecutor’s office to increase its sensitivity to the information that developed related to alleged corruption cases both through media information and other sources.

In the hearing there are a number of cases that are the discussion including both cases that have been handled and cases that are and will be handled, especially cases involving regional officials.

Furthermore, FK-Gol also asked the Kuningan District Attorney to immediately take firm and measurable steps to crack down on perpetrators of environmental violations so that the preservation of nature is maintained.

And we (FKGOL) will immediately report some findings of alleged corruption in several SKPDs, it is time for the Kuningan Prosecutor’s Office to be clean from corruptors in the Kuningan jurisdiction.
