Confirmation efforts were made directly to the Cimanglid Village Office by media crew together with fellow journalists on Friday (14/11/2025). Confirmation is also conveyed via message What is it on the same day. However, until this news was published, there was no response even though the message had been read, and this resulted in the Village Secretary blocking it.
This attitude gave rise to allegations of non-transparency in the management of Village Funds in Cimanglid. Previously, the public also highlighted the use of DD which was considered not transparent, especially because there was no installation of APBDes banners which are a means of public information regarding the allocation and realization of Village Funds.

One source assessed that the Village Secretary’s actions in blocking communication when asked for clarification regarding regulations for the use of the 2024 APBDes strengthened allegations of irregularities, especially in the realization of the 20% food security budget which was used for improving farming roads worth IDR 121,283,200 and road hotmix work amounting to IDR 76,700,000. This allegation is considered to have the potential to cause losses to state finances.
The community and social supervisors hope that the Subang Regency Inspectorate and District Prosecutor’s Office will directly review the management of the Cimanglid Village Fund, Kasomalang District, Subang Regency, West Java Province.
