Step 1
Prepare grill over medium heat; grated oil with vegetable oil. Combine ½ cup quick-cooking couscous, 1 tbsp. spice it upAnd 1½ tsp. Diamond Crystals or 1 tsp. Morton’s salt is kosher in a large heatproof bowl. Pour in ½ cup plus 2 tsp. boiling water. Cover bowl with kitchen towel; let stand 5 minutes.
Step 2
Using a fork, break up the couscous (less soft than usual). Add 1 large red onion, finely grated, 5 cloves of garlic, finely grated, 1 pound ground beef, preferably 20% fat, ½ cup finely chopped cilantro, ½ cup finely chopped salted roasted pistachios, 1½ tsp. Diamond Crystals or 1 tsp. Morton’s salt is kosherAnd ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper to the couscous. Using your hands, stir gently until combined and set the meat mixture aside.
Step 3
Arrange 4 large bell peppers, halved lengthwise, ribs and seeds removedon a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and season everything with salt and black pepper; move on to layering. Grill the peppers, cut side down, until just beginning to char, about 3 minutes. Return to the baking sheet, skin side down, and let cool.
Step 4
Lightly fill each bell pepper half with about ½ cup of the meat mixture. Arrange, skin side down, on the grate. Cover and bake until the peppers are tender and the bottoms are charred and the filling is cooked through (an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the filling should register at least 165°), about 20 minutes. Transfer the stuffed peppers to a plate.
Step 5
Meanwhile, beat 1 cup Greek yogurt or whole milk labneh, 2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel, 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juiceand remaining ½ tsp. Diamond Crystals or ¼ tsp. Morton’s salt is kosher in a small bowl.
Step 6
Top peppers with Coarsely chopped salted roasted pistachios and serve with lemon yoghurt on the side.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
