Promotion for the Service Rank of Two Cirebon City Police Personnel

Cirebon City, Controversy news.Com.– On Monday, (01/12/2025), the Cirebon City Police held a Service Report Corps Ceremony for two personnel who had shown high dedication in their service. This activity took place at the Cirebon City Police’s rally field in a solemn and orderly atmosphere, and was attended by all the main officials, the Head of Police, officers, non-commissioned officers and ASN of the Cirebon City Police.

The ceremony started at 08.30 WIB and ended at 09.00 WIB, where all participants took part in a series of activities with full attention and discipline, while also paying respects to personnel who received promotions as a form of institutional appreciation for their performance and dedication.

The activity was led directly by the Cirebon City Police Chief AKBP Eko Iskandar, SH, SIK, M.Si., who provided direction and motivation, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, integrity and high discipline in carrying out police duties, so that each personnel can be an example for their colleagues.

The presence of the main officials, police chiefs, as well as all Cirebon City Police personnel added to the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, emphasizing that promotion to service rank is a form of institutional appreciation for members who consistently maintain professional responsibilities and ethics.

The two personnel who received promotions in service rank at this moment were Asep Parlan, promoted from Aiptu to Ipda, and Sunardji, promoted from Aipda to Aiptu, both of whom received awards because their service records were clean of violations and high commitment in carrying out police duties.

This promotion is part of the career development of Polri personnel as well as a form of appreciation for the dedication that has been given, providing motivation to all members to increase professionalism, loyalty and service to the community.

Police Chief Eko Iskandar emphasized that promotion to service rank is not automatically given to all personnel, but only to members who are proven to be disciplined, responsible and without a record of violations, so that this award becomes a symbol of the institution’s trust in the members’ performance.

During the ceremony, the entire series of activities ran smoothly and solemnly, creating an important moment for members who received promotions as well as becoming an inspiration for all Cirebon City Police personnel to continue to increase their dedication, professionalism and integrity in carrying out their duties.
