Chairman of APDESI Kuningan Provides Explanation Regarding the Statement of a Village Head

BRASS, ControversyNews | The news regarding the statement of a village head (Kades) in Jalaksana District, Kuningan Regency, has drawn attention. The village head previously said that the case that happened to the Padamenak Village Head was “common and ordinary”.

Responding to this, the Chairman of APDESI Kuningan, Hj. Henny Rosdiana, SH, S.Sos., M.Sc., gave an explanation at his residence on Wednesday (5/11/2025).

“I hope that our media partners (APDESI) can synergize with village heads in Kuningan Regency,” he said, starting the conversation.

Regarding the case of the Padamenak Village Head, Hj. Henny explained that the case had been handled by teams from the sub-district and district. “So, let the process speak,” he stressed.

Regarding the village head’s statement that went viral, he asked the public to understand the meaning of the statement correctly.

“It needs to be understood with the correct meaning, because the intention of the village head is not to generalize or support the case of the Padamenak Village Head,” he explained.

Hj. Henny added that the meaning of the words “common and ordinary” refers to the context that every human being must have made mistakes and made mistakes. “This means, as humans, there are bound to be mistakes and mistakes,” he said.

He also emphasized that APDESI does not support ethical and moral violations.

“As Chair of APDESI Kuningan, I once again emphasize that it is impossible for the village heads to support allegations of ethical and moral violations.
