The quickest way to get a party started is by serving a plate of deviled eggs, and this deviled egg recipe makes an appetizer really hard to resist. They’re smoother, creamier, and richer than most eggs—and actually have filling—thanks to one clever trick: mixing a few whole hard-boiled eggs into the yolk mixture. The technique is inspired by the recipe at Second Generation: Hungarian and Jewish Classics Reimagined for the Modern Table by Jeremy Salamon (chef and owner of Agi’s Counter in Brooklyn) and Casey Elsass, creates a wonderfully lush filling that’s piped beautifully and borders on pillowy in the best way.
The flavor profile remains the same as classic deviled eggs (mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, a hint of hot sauce), but the texture sets them apart. For the easiest and most tender egg shells, we recommend steaming the eggs rather than boiling them. Once filled, decorate the eggs however you like, from smoked paprika or chives to something flashier like caviar or candied bacon.
Tips for the best deviled eggs:
Why mix whole eggs into the filling?
Adding a few whole hard-boiled eggs to the food processor along with the egg yolks will make the filling very smooth and creamy while giving you more time to incorporate the whites.
Is steaming better than boiling eggs for hard boiled eggs?
Often yes. Steaming eggs in a covered pan with about an inch of water helps prevent cracking of the shell and usually makes peeling the eggs easier. Either way, moving the cooked eggs into a cold water bath will help cool them so you can fill them more quickly.
How far can you make deviled eggs?
You can cook the eggs the day before and leave them unpeeled in the refrigerator. Peel, stuff and garnish just before serving for the best texture.
What can I add to deviled egg filling?
A splash of dill pickle juice or pickled jalapeño brine (in place of or in addition to hot sauce) adds brightness. You can also mix in finely chopped pickles, kimchi, or mild spices to add flavor.
How do you decorate deviled eggs?
Keep it simple with a sprinkling of paprika (hot, smoked, or mild), fresh chopped chives, or a pinch of prepared sweet pickles or pink radishes—or go bigger with crispy bacon, dill oil (as is done at Agi’s Counter), or even a small dollop of caviar.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
